More Love

As I was writing today’s original post, I found myself at a crossroads. One that I come to quite often when writing and in conversation. In this crossroads I debate how much of God’s word I should share, especially when speaking of judgement and condemnation. I’ve struggled with this for sometime now. Sparing elements of the truth to make sure that I, and the person I am speaking with, remain comfortable. Thinking about it as I type it out, this struggle is quite bizarre. Why would I not share the entirety of God’s word? The word is meant to be corrective and to serve as a warning. Like, the entire bible is a warning. Why would I not warn the people I say I love? How can I truly love anyone as my brother and sister if I don’t tell them the full truth as God has intended me to? Truth bomb, I can’t. I’d much rather we all be a little uncomfortable and receive a word that could possibly save our lives than I just continue to share a light word that never gets us to make the necessary changes that lead to eternity. To keep this short. I want you to know that I am going to be doing a whole lot more loving in these post to come. I can no longer compromise the truth, especially in these crucial times. I’m committed to us and our entrance into the kingdom of heaven. The coming truth, unpleasant as it maybe, is just more love.  ❤️

Romans 1:16

16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.

Ezekiel 3:17

“Son of man, I have made you a watchman for the people of Israel; so hear the word I speak and give them warning from me.

Until we meet again, may you continue to grow in the grace of our  Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
